Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Refill Technician to provide
integrated support to pharmacy staff and ensure accurate and timely
filling and delivery of specialty medications.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound patient refill phone calls and complete refill
requests promptly
Answer and triage inbound pharmacy inquiries appropriately
Coordinate medication refills and ensure accurate data entry for
prescriptions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
State registered as a pharmacy technician; CPhT certification
preferred
1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 5-8 years
preferred
Experience working with healthcare professionals in a medical
clinic is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within a
mutually agreed timeframe
