A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Experience Cloud and
collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions
Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and design sessions
for Experience Cloud initiatives
Analyze and document business processes, data flows, and user
journeys while ensuring compliance and data integrity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer
Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar
role
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience
Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models
Proven experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum
environments
