Job Description:
A company is looking for an SAP EWM Support Consultant II,
responsible for managing live support tickets and ensuring smooth
post-Go-Live performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Own hypercare support tasks and resolve production issues
Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume support tickets
Perform detailed root cause analysis and apply fixes
Qualifications:
3-5 years of SAP EWM configuration experience
Strong knowledge of SDLC
Self-motivated and independent work style
U.S. Citizenship required to obtain clearance
