Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to analyze
and interpret data related to real estate portfolios, contracts,
and financials.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and maintain data for Global Real Estate, including
reporting and KPI tracking
Conduct rent analysis and manage rent payment processing
Ensure data integrity through reviews, validations, and
controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience in data analytics,
contract administration, or corporate real estate; or over 10 years
of experience without a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Bachelor's degree in corporate administration, business,
finance, or a similar field
Experience in data management and analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to master real estate
and database programs
Prior experience in a corporate real estate environment is
preferred
