A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
Work From Home Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone,
internet, or written correspondence
Engage, consult, and educate members about their unique needs and
Aetna plans
Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan
sponsors while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience within a call center
Must have high-speed internet with consistent speeds above
25mbps
Willingness to work Monday - Friday, 8a-5p CST
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
