satisfaction. Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and
results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. The
Producer will be responsible for generating new business,
developing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and
providing tailored risk management solutions. This role requires
strong sales acumen, industry expertise, and the ability to work in
a fast-paced environment while maintaining a consultative approach
to client servicing. Key Responsibilities: New Business
Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business
opportunities within various industries, including construction,
real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and
more. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs
and providing customized risk management solutions. Sales & Revenue
Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging industry
networks, referrals, and prospecting techniques. Policy Placement &
Negotiation: Work with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams
to structure competitive insurance programs that meet clients'
needs. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends,
coverage changes, and emerging risks to advise clients effectively.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand
coverage and offer additional products to existing clients. Renewal
Management: Collaborate with account managers and service teams to
ensure seamless policy renewals and ongoing client satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policies, applications, and
documents adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record in commercial
insurance sales, brokerage, or risk management Strong networking
and relationship-building skills Deep knowledge of commercial
insurance products, including General Liability, Property, Workers'
Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and Professional Liability
Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work
independently and drive results in a competitive environment
Proficiency in insurance software (EPIC, AMS360, Applied, etc.) and
CRM platforms Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License
(Required) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
