Job Description:

Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team. This
role is crucial in driving the growth of our cutting-edge
electronic components by forging strong relationships with new and
existing clients, understand their needs, and providing tailor-made
solutions. The ideal candidate will have a stellar track record in
sales within the electronics sector, superior communication skills,
and a deep understanding of wireless communication technologies.
Identify and target potential clients in the electronics industry.
Develop strategically tailored proposals to meet specific client
needs. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing
customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed
quarterly and annual sales targets. Attend industry trade shows and
conferences for networking and business development. Stay abreast
of market trends and technological advances in wireless
connectivity. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to
better understand product specifics and developments. Proven
ability to develop and close sales deals Strong technical knowledge
of wireless communication products Excellent negotiation and
communication skills Ability to understand and translate complex
technical details into business benefits Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
Sales Management (CSM) preferred Professional Selling Skills (PSS)
certification is a plus
