Job Description Job Description We are hiring baristas for our roastery/shop location in Miramar / Mira Mesa area. Ideal future team members have at least 6 months to 1-year barista experience and are familiar with Specialty Coffee. But. If you have no experience thats ok too! Were looking for the right candidates who can move quickly, multi-task, be self-motivated, reliable, and present service with a smile. Customer service is extremely important to us. We dont mean being fake, we mean be genuine and caring. Candidates with sous chef, juicery employment, or fast paced environment are highly encouraged to apply. Were passionate about coffee and offering the best experience possible but keep in mind that all employees are cross-trained between front of house/barista and kitchen/assembly and can work a variety of shifts (opening and closing included) between front of house and back of house. Please do not misunderstand, our main focus is still coffee. We are looking for new team members available to work a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday anywhere from 18 - 28 hours a week, weekend availability is a requirement.
