Job Description:
A company is looking for an In-House Tax Accountant to manage
and oversee all tax-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare tax workpapers and ensure compliance with tax regulations
while identifying tax savings opportunities
Analyze financial statements for tax implications and assist with
tax audits
Provide tax strategy guidance and stay updated on changes in tax
laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (MBA or
CPA preferred)
Minimum of 3-5 years of tax accounting experience, preferably in a
law firm or professional services environment
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and
regulations
Experience with partnership taxation and preparation of K-1
schedules
Ability to interpret complex tax regulations and provide guidance
to management
