A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney specializing in
Hospitality Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements related to
procurement and operations
Provide regulatory and operational legal guidance to business
stakeholders
Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, and operations teams to
ensure compliance with corporate policies
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in good standing
Experience in commercial law, particularly in hospitality or
procurement
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and operational legal
issues
Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule
