Job Details Responsibilities: As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product line. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Developing and implementing product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals. 2. Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure product development aligns with consumer needs and market trends. 3. Leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and revenue projections. 4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective product marketing strategies and campaigns. 5. Managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. 6. Driving the brand management process by developing brand strategies and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all product lines. 7. Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback. 8. Ensuring that all product-related decisions are based on sound financial and strategic analysis. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The qualifications for this role include: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the powersports, outdoor, or racing industry. 2. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus. 3. Proven experience in managing the entire product lifecycle. 4. Strong knowledge of consumer goods, autonomous systems, and outdoor products. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. 8. Passion for powersports, racing, and outdoor activities.
