Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional inbound and outbound customer service based on
client instructions
Document customer inquiries and verify their information
accurately
Utilize contact center data to enhance performance and follow up
with customers as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must have US Citizenship and the ability to obtain government
clearance
Prior call center or customer service experience is highly
desired
Ability to sit for extended periods and pass background checks
Must provide a non-cellular high-speed internet connection for
remote work
