A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center
Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate positively and engagingly with donors and prospective
donors
Share important updates from clients with donors across the United
States
Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of clients and
maintain fundraising metrics
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience,
preferably in telephone fundraising
Dedicated wired internet connection
A quiet workspace free from interruptions
Basic computer skills and familiarity
Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
